Dear doctor and staff,

We greatly appreciate you using our lab. We ask that you adhere to the
following guidelines to keep these services fast and effective.

  1. Please put multiple cases in one box. This helps us with organization as
    well as ensures faster service and lower prices. If you must put cases in
    more than one box, we ask you to tape the boxes together in one
    bundle and use just one shipping label to send it to us.
  2. Please do not copy original shipping labels. You can use the label only
    one time. There will be a big delay with your package if you create a copy of the
    original shipping label.
  3. Please remove or cross with black marker the old label on the box that you are using for shipment.
  4. For Fedex pick up, you also have an option to call Fedex to schedule a pick up. Fedex phone # 855-745-3332and"Press 1" for a ground pickup.
     Fedex doesn't have same day pick up service. You have to plan and schedule for the next-day pick up.
  5. Important notes. 
    To provide better service and keep costs down for everyone, we ask that all items be bundled together into a single shipment whenever possible. Sending multiple smaller boxes or individual items separately can lead to unnecessary delays, higher handling costs, and additional shipping fees.

If we receive multiple boxes from the same location at the same time, we will be adding a small additional fee of $10 for shipments that contain individual boxes or items sent separately, rather than consolidated into one package. This fee helps us to cover the extra logistics expenses involved in processing such shipments.

We truly appreciate your cooperation in this matter. By consolidating items into one box or package, you not only help us streamline our operations, but you also ensure a more cost-effective experience for both you and our team.

For UPS users, we can send you the size 12x6x4 box. This is the largest box that will fit inside UPS drop-off box.

PS. About the lab slips, you keep the blue copy and send to us white and
pink copies. The case number is on top of the RX. Please give us the
case number every time you are looking for a case.
